Congrats – you’re engaged!! You’ve got a general sense of your guest count (see: Guest List Organizer ) and the kind of wedding you want, now it’s time to look at venues! This tool was created so you can document details for up to 10 different venues. Want to compare 2 of them side by side? Use the convenient built-in comparison table!

The tool comes with an instruction tab and the venue comparison tab. The venue comparison tab is pre-populated with many different important criteria that you can use in your search. This includes topics related to general information, facilities & services, availability, payment details, and a review. Want more? You can insert rows/criteria in the table to include anything additional that is important to you.

While this was created with wedding planning mind, this spreadsheet tool can be used for any event planning that requires a venue search.
