Each tool comes pre-populated with relevant comparative criteria and information, along with space for comparing up to TEN different vendors. **VENUE COMPARISON**

The venue comparison tab is pre-populated with many different important criteria that you can use in your search. This includes topics related to general information, facilities & services, availability, payment details, and a review.

**PHOTOGRAPHER COMPARISON**

The photographer comparison tab is pre-populated with many different criteria, including itemizing out up to three different package options per photographer, cost of add-ons that aren’t included in packages, questions to ask each photographer you interview, and payment details.

**CATERING COMPARISON**

The catering comparison tab is pre-populated with comparative categories such as Cocktail Hour Appetizers, Reception Meal, Bar Packages, Beverage Packages, Rentals, Fees, and Terms. Enter the item quantity needed (for those items that are sold by the serving, i.e., passed apps), or total number of guests, and the tool with automatically calculate the total.

**FLORIST COMPARISON**

The florist comparison tab is pre-populated with data categories including general details/contact info, décor/rental pricing for 23 different items, additional fees, contract terms, and a review. You’ll enter the quantity you need of each item (Do you need 4 bridesmaid bouquets? Enter a ‘4’ in the associated cell). Once you input a florist’s unit cost for each item, the tool will automatically calculate the total cost for the specific item. The total estimated cost for each florist is highlighted in bold.

**HAIR & MAKE-UP COMPARISON**

The Hair & Make-Up Comparison tab is pre-populated with all the different services, fees, and information you will need when considering the right beauty vendor. This includes topics related to general information, services offered, supplemental fees, payment details, and a review. You’ll enter the unit prices for each vendor’s services, and the tool will automatically calculate the total estimated expense based on the quantity of services you have inputted. To help you figure that out, the HMU Organizer tab is there for you to keep track of who is getting their hair and/or make-up done, and who is the responsible party when it comes to payment.
